🎾 Duncan Park Tennis Courts Reservation System

1. Reserve – Click a green slot, fill in your name and email.⏳ You can reserve as long as at least 15 minutes remain before the slot ends.📌 Each person can reserve up to 2 slots per day.
2. Verify – You'll receive a 6‑character code by email. You have 5 minutes to enter the code – otherwise, the slot will be released for others.
3. Check‑in – The same 6‑character code you used for verification is also your check‑in code. A reminder email is sent 5 minutes before your slot.
   • If you reserved before the slot started, you can check in from 5 min before to 5 min after the start.
   • If you reserved after the slot started, you have 5 minutes from the time you confirm the reservation to check in. If you don't check in within that time, the slot is released for others.
   🕐 If you don't check in within the allowed time window, the slot is released for other players to reserve.
4. Cancel – Click a reserved slot and choose "Cancel Reservation". Confirm with your email address. You'll receive a cancellation confirmation email.
5. QR Code – After you have checked in, you can view and scan your QR ticket. You'll need to enter your email address to verify ownership.

Blocked slots may show a reason (hover for details). If you don't check in on time, your slot expires and becomes available again.
